The Napa Hotel development site is located on the Napa River in the historic Napa Valley wine region. The site was purchased in 2000 and obtained entitlements in 2006 for 351 hotel rooms, of which 201 are designated as condo-hotel rooms, which can be strata-title sold to individual investors. The site comprises 11 acres / 480,000 sf and encompasses one of the largest meeting and conference facilities in Napa Valley. Upon obtaining entitlements in 2006, affiliates of Faustus Capital sold the site to a national hotel operator.
