Faustus Capital LLC is a private equity real estate investment and funds management group founded in San Francisco in 2009, with on-the-ground investment and management teams in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Faustus’ expertise is in facilitating cross-border property investments in residential, hotel, office and mixed-use developments and value-add property investments. Faustus provides leadership in real estate deals to co-investors on both sides of the Pacific Ocean.

On behalf of its groups of co-investors, Faustus:

• Identifies suitable real estate investment deals in gateway cities in the U.S., principally San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York
• Analyzes and underwrites deals
• Negotiates and acquires development sites or properties
• Develops acquired sites and properties through development management services
• Stabilizes completed properties
• Disposes stabilized properties en-bloc or via strata-title sale
• Structures tax-advantageous exit strategies
