Hotel Indigo Silicon Valley @ San Carlos will be a newly-built 191-room boutique hotel in the San Francisco Bay Area midway between San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Once completed, it will be the only boutique hotel within a 10-mile radius of its location. The hotel is located a few miles from Oracle, Electronic Arts, Gilead Science and other hi-tech and biotech headquarters. With the plethora of future biotechnology and technology office developments in the city of San Carlos, the subject property will be a much-appreciated addition to the hospitality landscape in Silicon Valley.
This development received entitlement in early 2024 and is expected to open in 2027.
