The Fig Central (a.k.a., Oceanwide Plaza) mixed-use development site was acquired in December 2013 with China Oceanwide Group. The project consists of 1.5 million square feet of residential, hotel, and retail space. It is one of the only projects in Los Angeles approved with a large-scale LED advertising wall.
Construction for Fig Central commenced in 2015.
