Blue Canyon Country Club, Phuket

Blue Canyon Country Club is a redevelopment of a former tin mine on the vacation island of Phuket, Thailand. It was redeveloped as two 18-hole championship golf courses which continue to host numerous European men's and women's tournaments. Numerous residential condominium buildings have been developed around the golf courses.

Mr. E.C. Liu was a board member of Blue Canyon Country Club, representing Deutsche Bank's majority ownership of the project. Mr. Liu led the development, in conjunction with Adrian Zecha of Aman Resorts, of villas on new lots contiguous to the golf courses to be sold to an international clientele.
